(Read to the end for a special bonus)

Studies have shown that inhalations of calming essential oils such as lavender, rose, bergamot, grapefruit, and more, affect our stress response system (the Hypothalamus-Pituitary- Adrenal Axis or HPA-Axis) by reducing cortisol levels and increasing calming neurotransmitters. Cortisol is getting a lot of attention lately (or is it just my Instagram feed?) and people are, more than ever,  looking for ways to reduce the effects of stress on the body and mind. I have first-hand experience using direct inhalation to cope with anxiety and can attest to it's effectiveness. It was after I had such amazing results with ylang-ylang that I decided to become a business (hence the use of the flower in my logo) with my primary focus on getting a portable and convenient way to use aromatherapy anywhere, anytime.

Introducing - The Personal Diffuser

This handy little gem contains a glass insert with a wick that absorbs 10-20 drops of pure, undiluted essential oil(s) for direct inhalation.  During your Consultation, we discuss the way anxiety or stress "shows up" for you in both your mind and body.  Then, I will select the most suitable oils for you based on research, anecdotal evidence, chemistry, plant morphology, intuition, or a combination of all these methods to create your Bespoke Blend.
